Horses at Chanceland have an advantage.
Recover. Rehabilitate. Refresh.
Horses in our program receive high-quality nutrition and conscientious care in a calm environment. Racehorses recovering from injury or surgery, enjoying a break, or preparing for a return to the track have access to 12x12 stalls, many paddocks and round pens, a covered free walker, and a vibrating floor. Our knowledgable staff lives on premises and keeps a watchful eye on each individual.
Email usA 5-furlong dirt track, grass gallops, and swimming pond equip our staff with superior facilites to educate young horses and refresh seasoned racehorses. Our well-ventilated training barn includes a covered free walker and an 1/8-mile sand/synthetic shedrow.

Consignment
Our experienced sales team begins preparing horses for the sale grounds well in advance. Horses on consignment learn to walk and stand, and are groomed and conditioned to give them the best opportunity to make a big impression at the barn and in the ring.
